Solo: Stack Mark of Death (1st skill) 5 times. Scorching Arrow (2nd skill) is usually enough to take down bosses. You don't need much heal as dodge classes heal by dodging and Mark of Death debuffs opponents.
Explosive Bolt (3rd skill) can be used to finish off enemies. Feel free to use Vampiric Shot when your life is low preferably at half health. Take note that this may drain too much mana.
PvP: Keep your distance. All your skills including auto-attack are ranged anyway.
Focus on dealing damage. Scorching Arrow would be useful as the damage ticks while you're far. Using Lucky enhancements allows Explosive Bolt to be a surprise finisher.
