General Strategy
Farming
First off, youd like to start with the 3rd skill(Fire in your skin) to apply burning ward on youself, followed by 1st skill(Combustion Blaze) for a mini crit and DoT, then 2nd skill(Chocking shadow smoke) for Additional DoT. Spam 1st skill.
Notes:
*use 3rd skill when HP is low(around 40%)
*Only use 2nd skill if Mana is over 65, as the Mana wont be able to keep up
*Use 4th skill if 1st and 2nd skill are active
PvP
Start with 3rd skill for burning ward, then 1st skill for minicrit plus DoT, and by 2nd skill for more DoT, followed by 4th skill for a none-crit Nuke(and more DoT). Spam 1st and 2nd Skill.
How to beat:
Blaze Binder is practically like one of those Quick-Takedown classes. meaning its desinged to kill the target as fast as possible, but that doesnt mean you have to last long enough to take it down, as it still has DoTs which can kill you. there are a few known methods for taking it down.
Method 1 - Heal and Attack
Recommended class: Healer
How? Healer is a classs focused on..well Healing, which makes it good for surviving the DoTs and little Nukes and be able to kill it
Method 2 - Nuke
Recommended class - Cryomancer, AO or any classs with a massive nuke skill
How? well this Method is somehow a 1 time opportunity. what you want to do is to Kill it before it starts casting.
Method 3 - Stun Attack
Recommended class - Lycan
How? well this has a much higher chance than Method 2, but can go wrong anytime. What you want to do is Stun your Opponent and Kill it Quickly. Lycan would be recommended as it is known to be a Staying Powerhouse, but watch your Mana.
NOTE:
**Never use a Dodge class against Blaze Binder, as it was designed to be an Anti-Rogue class.**
