Solo
Cast Energy Flow on your target. In most cases, you don't need to use Clear Mind. Heal away but make sure that you still get decent mana.
If mana overflows, use Heart Beat.
Support
Similar to soloing, except that you need to use Clear Mind preferably on yourself to avoid the hassle of targeting.
Press T to cycle through targets if you want a priority Heal or to buff an ally with Clear Mind.
Duel
Open with Clear Mind followed by Energy Flow.
Keep casting Heart Beat. Keep your HP and MP up with Heal.
