Strategy: AE Forums (Ctrl +F: EDM)
PvP: Never run out of mana for 3rd skill (Scales). You'll need defenses up as you lack any heal.
Cast last skill (Wings) to double your speed and cut mana costs in half. Spam your skills!
How to beat: Stun Elemental Dracomancers as they cast a self-buff. Notice that Wings cost 50 mana. The moment you see the buff, take the opportunity to waste their skill.
If you're unable to stun, flee from ED's as they begin to spam their skills. It's hard to focus on attacking at a melee range while having insane cooldowns.
